About Your Stay

Is there a minimum age for kids to stay?
There are no age restrictions, but please note that we may ask you to refrain from using any of the facilities if we deem to be an inconvenience for other guests.
How much is the fee for children?
Elementary school students: 70% of the adult rate (meals and bedding provided)
Infants: 50% of the adult rate (meals and bedding, or one of the two, are provided)
Infant: 1,000 yen (no meals, co-sleeping with infant
Do you accept pets?
Pets are not accepted.
When are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time: 15:00, Check-out time: 11:00
*Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to additional charges.
Is it okay if I check in late?
No problem. If you are going to be much later than the scheduled arrival time, please contact us by phone.
Does the hotel have a curfew?
There are no curfew at our facility.
Can I make a reservation on the day?
Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to your stay. For room availability, please check the Internet or call us directly.
Can I specify the room floor, location, and other details?
We ask you to specify your room type at the time of reservation. However, it depends on the availability of the room and the room type you apply for.

Can I use a credit card?
Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard, JCB, DinersClub, UnionPay UnionPay, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. For cashless services, we accept QUICPAY, iD, transportation e-money, nanaco, Edy, WAON, paypay, aupay, RakutenPay, and paydon.
Can I pay in advance?
It is possible.
If I cancel my reservation, will I be charged a cancellation fee?
In the event of cancellation of your stay, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
3 days prior: 30%
2 days prior: 50%
Contact the day before: 70%
Contact us on the day: 100%

About the Rooms

Can I specify a non-smoking room?
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel, so all rooms are non-smoking rooms.
How many types of rooms do you have in total?
Four types of rooms are available: "Kaze, Hikari, Sai, and Tsuki". For more information, please click here.
Can I use the Internet in my room?
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. There are also LAN wire outlet. Wi-Fi is also available inside the hotel.
What kind of facilities are available in the rooms?

Are there any drinks in the room?
Soft drinks (tea, water, soda water, orange juice) and alcohol (beer, highball) are available in the refrigerator in your room. Some rooms are equipped with a wine cellar, and only bottles of wine are available for a fee.
Do you have a bath in your room?
All rooms have indoor and outdoor bath, along with outdoor bathtubs.
Do you have any handicapped accessible rooms?
Please inquire in advance if you would like to use this service.

About the Luggage

Can I send my luggage in advance?
Please contact us in advance and send us the date of your stay and the names of the people staying with you. The hotel will keep it until you arrive on the day of your stay.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in? Can I leave my luggage after I check out?
There is a dedicated room for storing your luggage. Please let us know if you would like to use it.
Can I have my package shipped?
We can also ship your package. Payment on delivery is required.

How can I access it?
Is there a free shuttle service from the nearest station?
A free shuttle service is available between Ibusuki Station and the hotel. Please contact us at least one day prior to your stay to make an advance reservation.
Is there a parking lot?
We have free parking available for guests.

About Spa Facilities

Is there a sand bath?
We have 32 sand baths available.
Is there a fee for using the spa?
Bedrock baths, ceramic spas, sand baths, and Alpha 21 are all included in the room rate, so you can use them all for free.
Please tell me about the spa, esthetics & relaxation, and massage.
Are there any fitness facilities I can use during my stay? Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
There is a fitness center and swimming pool. Free of charge. No prior reservation is required.
What are the hours for the gym and pool?
Gym: 6:00 - 23:00, Pool: 6:00 - 23:00
Are swimsuits and training wear available for rent?
Swimsuits are not available for rent. For training wear, you can use the loungewear provided in your room. Sneakers are also not available for rent, so please bring your own.
Is there an age limit for using the pool?
Children under the age of 15 (junior high school students) may use the facility with a parent or guardian.

About Meals

Do you accomodate guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions/constraints?
In order for all guests to enjoy their meals, we will do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions, so please consult with one of our staff in advance when making a reservation.
Where do you eat dinner breakfast?
Dinner can be eaten either at the French restaurant Céleste or the Teppanyaki restaurant Michi, and breakfast can be eaten either at Céleste or outside for a picnic brunch.
Please tell me about the cuisine.
If I stay for several nights, will the dinner menu change?
The menu for guests staying for consecutive nights is changed daily.
What time is dinner served?
The restaurant is open from 6pm to 10pm. Hours may change during peak season.
Can I order extra food?
A la carte menu is not available.
Are there any rules on what to wear when using the facilities?
The dress code at Céleste is smart casual.
*Men wearing shorts or sandals may not be allowed to enter.
For breakfast and "Michi" guests, it is possible to wear the samue provided in your room.
Can I use a wheelchair or stroller?
It is possible to use a wheelchair or stroller.
We are celebrating a special occasion. Will you be able to prepare flower and cake?
We can prepare it for you. Please let us know when you make your reservation.
Do you have a children's menu?
We have children's menu available.
Can non-guests eat at the restaurant?

About Hot Springs

Please tell me about the quality of the springs.
This hot spring includes sodium and calcium chloride. Also known as "flaming hot water," the hot spring helps you prevent sweating for moisturizing effects. This hot spring is effective for neuralgia, joint pain, dermatitis, and chronic women's diseases.
Can I make reservations in advance for the private open-air bath and private indoor bath?
We do accept reservations. Please apply for this service when you make a reservation for your stay.
Please tell me about the use of the private baths.
The room can be reserved for up to five people at a time, so please use this room if you have small children.

Other

Are there any stores or mueseums at the hotel?
We do not provide a store and mueseum at the hotel. Room service is avaiable for food and beverage to your room.
Is there a place where I can have a meeting?
There are spaces for small meetings and conference rooms that can accommodate up to 80 people.
Do you provide support for foreign languages other than English?
Currently, we only provide English support
